Analytics

The Analytics page (top menu, HR Manager role) gives an overview of questionnaire adoption and report usage in your organization.

The indicators

Summary cards

  • Completion rate — share of sent questionnaire links that resulted in a completed OCEAN profile.
  • Average completion time — average time between sending a link and completing the questionnaire.
  • Profile coverage — share of people (candidates and employees) with an OCEAN profile.
  • Reports viewed — number of reports opened over the last 30 days (source: the audit log, no additional data collected).

Questionnaire funnel

The funnel tracks each link sent through three stages: sentstarted (GDPR consent given) → completed. A significant gap between "started" and "completed" signals drop-offs during the questionnaire.

Charts

  • Profiles completed per month — adoption trend over 6 months.
  • Questionnaire status — breakdown into pending / in progress / completed / expired.

Average fit per active position

The average fit score of evaluated people, position by position.

A pipeline indicator, not a decision

As everywhere in FitRadarHR, these averages inform — they don't rank people and don't recommend any decision. It's the gap between positions and the trend over time that should be interpreted, not the absolute value.

Where does the data come from?

All metrics are calculated only from your organization's data. Engagement metrics reuse the existing audit log: no third-party tracking tool, no new data collected about respondents.
