What's new¶
Features shipped to production, in reverse chronological order. This page focuses on what actually changes for you — HR, manager, or someone taking the questionnaire. For the full technical history (including infrastructure, SEO, internal tooling), see the full changelog on GitHub. For what's planned next, see the roadmap.
August 2026¶
August 9 — GDPR erasure from the candidate portal You can now request erasure of your own data directly from your portal, without going through HR — a discreet link at the bottom of the page opens an explicit confirmation before anything happens, which is then immediate and irreversible. Learn more.
August 9 — Candidate/employee portal Every person who completes the questionnaire automatically receives a personal, permanent link to their own OCEAN profile by email — no account needed. The portal never shows Position Fit or Team Fit results, which remain a decision-support tool for your organization. Learn more.
August 9 — Exportable EU AI Act compliance file A PDF export (measures already in place + your organization's key figures) and a CSV export (full detail of the audit log), to support your own compliance analysis ahead of the December 2027 deadline. Learn more.
July 2026¶
July 7 — Team gap mapping Based on the profiles already completed by a team's members, surfaces personality dimensions where the team lacks diversity — no need to select a person beforehand. Learn more.
July 6 — Permanent free plan & subscription A single threshold of 25 people on the free plan, with no time limit. Beyond that, a €39/month subscription lifts the cap. Learn more.
July 4 — Navigation menu redesign Pages are now grouped into categories with dropdown submenus, to stay readable as the product grows.
July 3 — SSO login (Keycloak/OIDC) Each organization can connect its own identity provider, alongside email/password login (never replacing it). Learn more.
July 3 — Spanish and German translations The interface and the Big Five (IPIP) questionnaire are now available in French, English, Spanish, and German. Learn more.
July 3 — Fair Source license FitRadarHR's code remains public, viewable, modifiable, and self-hostable; only a competing commercial use remains reserved. Learn more.
July 3 — Profile evolution tracking Retaking the questionnaire now automatically archives the previous profile and shows its evolution over time on the report.
July 3 — CSV import for people Add several people at once from a file, instead of one by one.
July 3 — Manager invitations An HR user can now invite a manager to join their organization by email.
July 3 — Candidate comparison From a position's fit ranking, compare 2 to 5 people side by side (overlaid radar, per-dimension table).
July 3 — Automatic questionnaire reminders A reminder email is now sent automatically if a sent questionnaire remains unanswered after 3 days.
July 3 — Public read-only API Positions, teams, people, and fit results accessible via API key, to connect FitRadarHR to your own tools. Learn more.
July 3 — Reverse fit From a person's profile, directly find the open positions that suit them best — the reverse of the usual ranking.
July 3 — Public demo, no signup required Try FitRadarHR in one click, with fictional data, without creating an account. Learn more.
July 2 — Long questionnaire and enriched reports 100-item version of the Big Five (IPIP) questionnaire, explanatory tooltips on the OCEAN dimensions, and an "areas to explore" section on the Position Fit and Team Fit reports.
July 1 — FitRadarHR launch First version: position and team management, Big Five questionnaire, fit calculation engine, reports with radar charts, GDPR compliance by design. Discover FitRadarHR.
