Export a report to PDF

All fit reports can be exported to PDF for archiving or sharing.

Exporting

From any report, click Export to PDF.

The generated PDF contains: - The evaluated person's information (first name, last name) - The reference position or team - The report generation date - The radar chart - Proximity scores per dimension - The notes area if you entered any

Traceability

Every PDF export is recorded in your organization's audit log (date, user who exported, report concerned).

Sharing a report

The PDF is designed to be shared with the people involved in the decision (hiring committee, management, etc.). It does not contain individual answers to the questionnaire questions.

Mind confidentiality

The PDF contains personality data. Make sure to only share it with people authorized in your HR process, in accordance with your internal GDPR policy.
