Managing teams

A team in FitRadarHR groups employees whose Big Five profiles have been collected. Team Fit measures how well a new member would integrate into the existing collective dynamic.

What you can do

• Create a team and assign it a manager
• Add members (employees with a completed Big Five profile)
• Generate a Team Fit report for a candidate or a future member

Team Fit doesn't compare a person to an abstract ideal, but to the team's actual composition — the distribution of existing profiles.

Complementarity vs conformity

FitRadarHR measures compatibility, not conformity. A very extraverted team may benefit from a more reserved profile to balance the dynamic — it's up to the manager to interpret.
