Free plan and subscription

FitRadarHR is free with no time limit for up to 25 people (candidates + employees) in the organization. No trial period, no countdown: as long as you stay under this threshold, you use FitRadarHR for as long as you want.

The free plan

All features are included: positions, teams, questionnaires, reports, PDF exports. Only one limit applies: 25 people total in the organization.

Creating positions and sending questionnaires remains unrestricted — sending a questionnaire to a new person automatically creates them and therefore counts toward the limit.

Never a total block

Reaching the limit only blocks the addition of new people. Your existing data (positions, reports, already-calculated profiles) remain accessible without interruption.

The subscription

Beyond 25 people, a single subscription — €39/month — lifts the limit. One plan only, no tiers.

An HR user accesses the billing screen from the Subscription link in the navigation bar (/settings/billing/).

• Subscribe redirects to a secure payment page (Stripe Checkout).
• Manage my subscription opens the Stripe customer portal — payment method, invoices, cancellation.

The displayed status (free plan with a people counter, or active subscription with renewal date) is synchronized automatically with Stripe; no manual action is needed after payment. In case of cancellation, the organization simply returns to the free plan — no data is deleted.
