Candidate/employee portal

Every person who completes the Big Five questionnaire gets direct access to their own OCEAN profile — no account to create, no need to go through HR.

What the person sees

Only their OCEAN profile: radar chart, per-dimension scores with explanations, and the profile's evolution if they've retaken the questionnaire more than once.

Never the Fit results

The portal never shows Position Fit or Team Fit scores. These results remain a decision-support tool for your organization — showing them directly to the person, outside any human mediation, would look like an automated recruitment verdict. See the product principles.

How the person accesses it

A personal, permanent, password-free link (same principle as the questionnaire link) is sent automatically by email as soon as the questionnaire is first completed. It stays valid until the organization deletes the person's data.

Retaking the questionnaire does not send a new link — the one already received keeps working and automatically shows the up-to-date profile.

If a person has lost their link, an HR user can resend it from their profile page (Resend the portal link). This action regenerates the link: the old one stops working immediately.

Revocation

The link is automatically revoked when the person's data is deleted under the GDPR right to erasure. It can never be reactivated afterwards.

Requesting erasure of their own data

The person can also exercise their GDPR right to erasure themselves, directly from their portal — not only through an HR user. A discreet link at the bottom of the page (Request erasure of my data) opens an explicit confirmation page before anything happens: this step prevents an accidental click from triggering an irreversible anonymization.

Once confirmed, the action is immediate: the person's first name, last name and email are anonymized, and their portal link stops working right away. The organization's HR managers automatically receive an email letting them know a person erased themselves — the action is also logged in the audit log, exactly like an HR-triggered erasure.

Disabled in demo mode

On the demonstration organization, the button stays visible (so the feature is discoverable) but leads to a page explaining it's disabled — the data there is fictional and already reset every day, so a self-service erasure wouldn't make sense.

Security

Like API keys, only a fingerprint of the link is stored in the database — never its plain value after it's first sent. Every view is logged in the audit log, the same way HR views are.

Seeing an example

A public example of the candidate portal is available from the demo banner (See an example candidate portal) — the link points to a demo profile and is regenerated on every visit, so no token is ever kept in plain text server-side.
