Fit reports¶
A fit report compares a person's Big Five profile to a reference — either a position (Position Fit) or a team (Team Fit).
Two types of reports¶
| Type | Comparison | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Position Fit | Person profile vs position target profile | Evaluating a candidate for a hire |
| Team Fit | Person profile vs team average profile | Evaluating an integration or internal mobility |
A third type of report, Team gap mapping, doesn't compare any person — it looks at the team alone to spot dimensions where profiles are not very diverse, ahead of a recruitment.
What a report contains¶
- Radar chart — visualization of the 5 dimensions overlaid (person profile + reference)
- Proximity scores per dimension — distance between the person's profile and the target
- Convergence and divergence zones — dimensions in agreement or apart
- Notes area — to document human interpretation
Core principle
FitRadarHR never displays a single overall score or a binary recommendation. Each dimension is presented separately to encourage nuanced analysis.
