1. Data controller
FitRadarHR is open source code software (Fair Source FSL-1.1-MIT license) used within your organization. The data controller is the organization that deploys and administers this tool.
2. Data collected
- Identity: first name, last name, email address
- Big Five / OCEAN psychological profile — only via the scientifically validated IPIP questionnaire
- Compatibility (fit) results with positions and teams
- Action audit log (EU AI Act traceability)
3. Legal basis
The processing of personality data is based on the explicit consent of the assessed person (Art. 9 GDPR), collected before any questionnaire is taken.
4. Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively for HR decision-support purposes (position/team compatibility). No automated decision produces legal effect — a human remains responsible for any hiring or mobility decision.
5. Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of tool use. It can be anonymized at any time upon request (right to erasure, Art. 17 GDPR).
6. Your rights
- Right of access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure / anonymization (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France)
To exercise these rights, contact your organization's administrator.
7. EU AI Act
FitRadarHR may be classified as a high-risk AI system (Annex III, Art. 6 EU AI Act). As such, each output is tracked in an immutable audit log, and no decision is made without documented human oversight.
8. Audience measurement
FitRadarHR uses Matomo, a self-hosted audience measurement tool (no data is transmitted to a third party). This measurement is configured under the CNIL consent exemption: no cookie is set, the IP address is anonymized, and no personal data (name, email) is collected. Only aggregated navigation statistics are used, solely to improve the product.
