Why the Big Five, and not the MBTI?
The Big Five (OCEAN) is the personality model with the strongest consensus in psychology research: five continuous, measurable, stable and predictive dimensions — where popular binary typologies have never demonstrated scientific validity.
FitRadarHR uses the IPIP questionnaire, a public-domain instrument from academic research. And because no questionnaire sums up a person: the tool never produces an automatic recommendation — it informs the human conversation, it does not replace it.
